WeWork 66 King Street

Our Fitout & Refurbishment team have delivered a full interior fitout of levels 1-14 at WeWork’s Sydney location, 66 King Street, an iconic, heritage-listed site in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

As a global network of 800+ workspaces, at WeWork’s King St office, floors of coworking and private offices are designed to promote productivity and inspire users looking for flexible work solutions and opportunities for both collaboration and independent work.

The fitout was delivered in collaboration with Plus Architecture, experts in commercial and workspace design, to create the final delivered project, which features a versatile event space and an outdoor area that takes in Sydney’s breathtaking views.

This 20 week, 6,000+sqm project was completed in July 2020, and includes:

Joinery
Fireproofing
New wall partitions
Glazing
Tiles
Acoustical ceiling
Timber flooring
Communication services, including audio visual facilities and high-speed Wi-fi
