The Log Cabin Hotel

The Log Cabin, a Penrith hospitality icon, held over 200 years’ worth of memories. When the beloved pub burned down in 2010, the community was heartbroken. But a few years later, three families (FDC’s Cottle family, the Laundys of the Laundy Group and the Wearns) teamed up to bring the Log Cabin back to life.

FDC worked closely with the families and the community to construct and fitout the family pub in a way that honoured its countless stories – giving the area a first class, modern hospitality venue.

Key features include:

Sandstone fireplaces
Multiple bars, including a sunken cocktail bar and a beer garden
Two restaurants with kitchens, including an upscale dining area known as Sinclair’s
Outdoor, indoor and private dining spaces
Function room with private bar
Two expansive deck spaces overlooking the Nepean River.
