The Depot, Milton Green

FDC were proud to be engaged via a Fixed Lump Sum contract to deliver an outstanding fitout of The Depot – a flexible meeting and event space which forms part of AMP Capital’s development at Milton Green in Brisbane.

Our team worked unstintingly to ensure the highest quality completion of the project which saw the fitout of contemporary meeting and project rooms, complete with acoustic treatment to reduce ambient noise, and automated pergolas in external meeting spaces. Works also included the installation of stylish joinery and modern finishes, as well as additional air conditioning units, all while ensuring the building’s 5-Star Green Star rating was maintained.

This project was proudly delivered in collaboration with our partners Mostyn Copper, Gensler, and Arup.
