FDC (VIC) have completed the fitout of Southgate Towers’ end-of-trip facilities (EOTF), 40-60 City Road, Southbank for ARA Asset Management Limited.
FDC’s Southgate Towers EOTF project saw the conversion of car parking spaces into a modern end-of-trip facility that features 600 secure lockers, 380 bike racks, 18 showers and drying cupboard.
Southgate Towers represent the commercial hub of the iconic Southgate, Melbourne’s renowned restaurant and shopping precinct. Located at the gateway to Melbourne’s CBD, Southgate offers unrivalled amenity with restaurants, bars, cafes and accommodation at your doorstep.
FDC successfully delivered this project in conjunction with Aurecon, Arup, CBRE and Architectus.
