Riverside Centre End of Trip Facility

The construction of an end of trip facility and refurbishment of the existing amenities block on car park level 2 at the Riverside Centre, aims to encourage a healthy lifestyle amongst tenants and benefit those who already cycle or walk to work, or exercise during the day. The new contemporary facility consists of an expansive secure bike store, amenities, change room and laundry facilities, as well as a few creature comforts from home including fresh towel service, television and hair dryers/straighteners.

Due to the large volume of stakeholders, it was crucial for FDC to deliver the project on time whilst maintaining outstanding attention to detail and staging works to minimise disruption to users of the existing facility.

FDC is delighted to have helped the Riverside Centre improve the experiences for tenants and guests, through the construction of a new and innovative end of trip facility.
