High-quality finishes are present throughout the three-floor fitout such as the incorporation of natural stone into joinery items along with timber wall panelling and polished concrete floors.

Works included various working spaces, an aesthetic reception area, meeting & board rooms with distinct looks and feels that enables large scale meetings and events, a breakout area with a commercial kitchen, as well as including elegant furniture throughout to break the commercial feel of the office.

Due to the building’s heritages status, FDC had to coordinate to ensure that essential services for the fitout, such as air-conditioning requirements, could be accommodated.

This was FDC’s third project within 44 Martin Place, having delivered McGrathNicol and Hub.
