FDC (ACT) recently completed the refurbishment and extension of the Nick Scali showroom in Fyshwick. The 2500sqm project involved a complex demolition and extension of the existing showroom to deliver two expanded spaces for Nick Scali.

Project features included:

  • Extensive demolition of the existing structure
  • Internal Fitout inc. tiling, walls, ceiling, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, reception
  • 7 x new skylights and façade widows
  • New parapet, fully clad ready for Signage by Nick Scali
  • Over roof on T2 and new roof to extension
