Stage 1 of the National Storage facility at 947-955 Marion Road, Mitchell Park, SA is now complete, delivering a state-of-the-art double-storey storage facility. This milestone marks the beginning of a multi-stage development providing a modern and expansive storage solution across multiple buildings.
This initial stage includes internal self-storage units with a Smart Entry System, a striking facade featuring grooved painted precast panels and lightbox signage, as well as new stormwater infrastructure, external car parking and landscaping.
With Stage 2 now underway, the project is advancing toward its vision of a high-quality, purpose-built facility designed to support National Storage’s operations.
