Members Equity Bank Limited, operating as ME Bank, is a national bank with head office in Melbourne, Australia.

Initially founded to offer affordable home loan products for all Australians, ME Bank today offers the full range of banking products including highly competitive home loans, personal loans, term deposits, credit card, as well as transaction and savings accounts.

The 5-month project involved the demolition, refurbishment and fit-out of two full floors in addition to new bathrooms and meetings rooms on six existing floors.

The project was delivered on time and within budget.

  • New two floor office Fitout and part churn and base building amenities refurbishment of five floors
  • Included new meeting rooms, change rooms, locker rooms and showers
  • Delivered in a 18 week staged construction programme
