FDC have completed the construction works for the McLarty Tafe in Joondalup on behalf of Department of Finance and Building Management and Works.
The works included the conversion of 2 existing classrooms into a fully functional aged care facility, which will be utilised in the training of students seeking aged care qualifications.
Initial structural works were required to be completed prior to the fitout of the facility commencing.

Additional scope was added to the project with 4 classrooms requiring full makegood and fitouts to be completed simultaneously to the Wellness Centre Works.
