Delivered for restructuring firm McgrathNicol, modern upgrades have been paired with the retention of original 1930s features from wall paneling, timber ceiling and moulding, entrance door, lighting, memorial plaques and clocks, supply air grilles and all original hardware.

Complete with open workspace areas, individual offices, small meeting rooms, tea points, wellness, boardrooms and kitchen, the fitout embraces more contemporary curved partitions, tanned leather upholstery, feature ceilings and light displays, to deliver a beautiful final outcome.
