FDC have completed the construction of the Manly Andrew ‘Boy’ Charlton Aquatic Centre located at 1 Kenneth Road, Manly.

The project was delivered over 18 months and covered 5,500sqm which includes a 3,500sqm pool hall with a spa, leisure pool, program pool and 25m pool. In addition to this, a 2,000sqm multi-storey building which features an office space, gym facilities, amenities and crèche was built.

FDC completed this project in conjunction with Michael Davies Architecture.
