The Locker Room

The Locker Room is a four level liquor and gaming licenced venue located at 15 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park.

The Locker Room offers both stunning design and quality finishes that help deliver one of Sydney’s most unique pubs, located adjacent to the ANZ stadium.

The project is was a new build licensed premise which comprises of:

Basement plant room and amenities
External courtyard accessed directly from the street
4 bars located across 3 levels including:
- Ground level bar
- VIP lounge bar
- Function and event space bar
- Rooftop terrace with bar and provision for adjacent occasional open air events

The project incorporated sustainability objectives and initiatives to achieve a minimum of a 4-star Green Star performance rating and will likely be the first pub of its kind in Australia to achieve a 4-star Green Star rating.

The project embraced a client group that was made up of multiple private and government stakeholders including the Sydney Olympic Park Authority, with whom FDC has had a long-standing working relationship with.

FDC made it a priority to ensure that all stakeholders where kept informed and provide with the means to make decisions to ensure all parties were in agreement.

The demolition, earthworks and construction were all completed during large events held at Sydney Olympic Park including the Sydney Royal Easter Show, sporting events and concerts.
