Hub Civic Quarter

FDC have recently delivered the first Hub Australia fitout in Canberra, Hub Civic Quarter.

Hub is Australia’s largest privately owned flexible workspace operator, providing premium workspace solutions to help people love where they work.

Hub’s latest location is situated in the newly completed and award-winning Civic Quarter development, with FDC delivering the beautifully designed suites, offices, and flexible spaces.

The fitout comprises of a meeting centre situated on the Ground Floor of the Civic Quarter building.

This Mezzanine level features a welcome desk, casual waiting areas, utility area, six individual suites, open plan work areas and a member’s kitchen.

On Level 2, Hub occupies the entire floor plate and is home to a range of flexible work areas.

These include over 30 individual suites, open plan work areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, phone booths and utility areas, totalling approximately 200 work points.
