Thoughtfully designed collaboration areas, project meeting rooms, boardrooms, private offices and event spaces cater for up to 30 businesses, all in a shared environment. Special attention was given to acoustics, utilising advanced materials and construction techniques for private offices.
Boasting a range of bespoke elements such as 40,000 individually laid, brick patterned tiles, feature fin-ceilings, custom-made furniture and upholstery, GPT Space&Co is setting a new standard for the modern professional.
Challenges included the uneven concrete slab, requiring extensive floor leveling, and the congested ceiling space, addressed through innovative 3D scanning and mechanical modifications.
