Goodstart Early Learning Centre, Underdale

FDC (SA) in conjunction with Leyton Property have recently completed the construction of Goodstart Early Learning Centre located at 185-187 Holbrooks Road Underdale. The 30 week programme included the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new child care centre.

The new child care centre is complete with six activity rooms with built in kitchenettes and child/staff amenities. New staff office spaces include the main reception area together with meeting and planning rooms. Three large outdoor play areas have been landscaped around the building. The entrance fit out includes high feature timber ceilings along with custom curved reception joinery while the external facade features a recycled red brick, accompanied with black aluminium window frames.

FDC successfully delivered this project for Leyton Property in collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield, Brown Falconer & Lucid Consulting.
