FDC completed the fitout of a new office for DLA Piper at Levels 21-24, No.1 Martin Place in Sydney’s CBD.
DLA Piper is a global law firm with 4,200 lawyers located in more than 30 countries throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. In Australia, the business has approximately 600 legal staff based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra.
The 5,320sqm project involved the fitout of four floors and included the insertion of inter-tenancy stairs. On completion of the 18 week program, DLA Piper relocated from their current office on Elizabeth Street, Sydney CBD to the new office.
