In addition to the base building construction, FDC were also contracted to complete the tenant fitout for both data halls.

The fitout works were completed simultaneously with the base building works without compromising the deadline for base building completion.

This was attained by careful logistical planning and utilization of skilled FDC staff with previous data centre experience.

The MEL10 facility was only the second building in Australia to attain certification from the Up Time Institute (UTI), who inspected the facility during the final stages of commissioning.

With FDC having successfully completing this second data centre for the client, we commenced on the third data centre on the adjacent lot.
