Deloitte, Canberra

FDC has completed a three level fitout for Deloitte, 8 Brindabella Circuit, Brindabella Business Park, Canberra Airport.

Deloitte is the brand under which tens of thousands of dedicated professionals in independent firms throughout the world collaborate to provide audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management, tax and related services to select clients.

The 24 week, 3,600sqm project commenced in July and was handed over in December 2015. Due to a strong relation built over the years with Deloitte FDC were asked to provide valuable input with regards to buildability, program, safety, costs and potential alternatives to allow Deloitte to make strategic and meaningful decisions whilst committing to a tight construction programme for both Stages.

The project consisted of two stages with Stage 1 consisting of the demolition and fitout of new Deloitte occupied levels and stage 2 consisting of demolition of existing Deloitte level and fitout. This premises caters as Deloitte central hub for ACT. As a result the offices consisted of an array of facilities such as quiet spaces, meeting rooms, breakout areas, offices and open plan workstation areas.

The project was delivered in conjunction with Geyer, NDY, Philip Chun and Deloitte Real Estate.

This is the 13th project that FDC are proud to have delivered for Deloitte.
