Cornerstone Health, Marsden Park

FDC have recently completed the fitout for Cornerstone Health, located at Home Hub, Marsden Park.

Partnered with engaged and empowered healthcare professionals, Cornerstone Health will increase the access of all Australians to high quality, affordable and comprehensive healthcare.

Their vision is to establish a network of ‘medical homes’ where engaged and empowered healthcare professionals meet the healthcare needs of patients.

The 897sqm project was a complete fitout of a multi-functioning medical centre consisting of 14 general practitioners, 2 dental surgeries, pathologist area, radiologist area, 3 treatment rooms, ancillary rooms for use as waiting rooms, storage and staff rooms and an adjoining chemist outlet.

The fitout features new toilet facilities including both accessible and ambulant toilets, partitions, ceilings, doors, floor finishes and power a major power upgrade to accommodate X-ray, CT scan facilities which included lead lined rooms to accommodate the radiology equipment, as well as joinery units such as reception counters, desks, cabinets storage units chemist counters and kitchenettes.

This project also required the installations of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and security services, film, signage, a new aluminium mesh roof platform along with roof walkways, and handrail.

The project was delivered in 14 weeks.
