Colliers International, Sydney

FDC completed the fitout of the Australian head office for Colliers International, located on Levels 29 & 30, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, Sydney.

The 2,647sqm project was delivered within 15 weeks. In addition to negotiating the lease and handling the tenant representation in-house, the project was designed by Colliers International’s in-house design team, and managed by their Project Management team. As well as serving the purpose of a functional, well-planned and meticulously designed workspace, the project also serves as a showcase of their design and project management expertise to existing and potential clients. With this in mind, rigorous standards and an exceptional result were required by the client.

The fitout includes high end finishes, large and detailed joinery package, lift lobby installation, interconnecting stair, operable wall, coffer ceilings and wall and timber ceiling panels.

The project was delivered in conjunction with Medland Metropolis, Electrolight, Acoustic Logic and Arup.
