FDC (QLD) completed the corporate office fitout of Collection House Limited located at 100 Skyring Terrace, Newstead QLD.

Collection House Limited is Australia’s leading receivables manager. They provide solutions that span the entire credit lifecycle, from receivables outsourcing to debt collection and debt purchase.

The project included the fitout of the call centre level including construction of meeting rooms, breakout space, training room and a 219 person workstation area with multiple huddle points.

The 2,200sqm design and construct project over level 10 was designed within a compressed 6 week time frame and constructed in 7 weeks on time and within budget. This is an exceptional result considering the short design phase and construction program that FDC was provided.
