This global travel technology solutions leader elected to merge two Sydney offices (Galileo and Flairview) into the new World Square site.
A contemporary, efficient design was established, complete with open plan workstations, offices, meeting rooms, boardroom, reception, breakout area, computer room and utility areas.
Delays in lease negotiations – and an immovable exit date from existing space – left the team with an almost impossible task of handing over the first level in just six (6) weeks and the second less than three (3) weeks later.
The IT infrastructure, essential to the client’s operation, had to be completed, tested and fully commissioned in just four (4) weeks.
Needless to say, records were broken by the entire project team.
This was a challenging site and equally challenging program. The 4 000sqm (two level) fitout was completed in under nine (9) weeks.
