FDC have completed the fitout of CBRE’s corporate office located on Level 5, 151 Pirie Street in the Adelaide CBD.
CBRE is one of Australia’s largest commercial real estate services companies providing solutions to property owners, investors and occupiers.
This 760sqm project was delivered to a 7-week program and included demolition of existing fitout and re-model to create a fresh open plan workspace with key meeting and quite rooms. New timber veneer joinery and wall lining was installed throughout with brass accents and stone providing a rich finish to surfaces. A large breakout and kitchen area was created for informal meetings and staff use with an operable wall installed adjacent to the boardroom providing flexibility for larger events.
