FDC (VIC) completed the construction of a new Homemaker Centre, corner of Millers and Ross Road, Altona.

The project included 5,000sqm of cold shell retail stores and 12,000sqm of carpark and landscaping. Installation of the required infrastructure and services for 4 retail tenancies was also involved.

The project was completed within budget and in conjunction with ERA Architects, FMG Engineering and SPP Group.
