American Express is an American multinational financial services corporation best known for its credit card, charge card, and traveller’s cheque businesses. The American Express brand is in the top 25 most valuable brands in the world and also one of the 20 most admired companies in the world.

FDC recently completed a 3,500sqm tenancy full floor fitout for American Express’ call centre at 333 Collins Street, Melbourne.

The project included a new comms room, work stations, breakout and reception areas. In addition, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire, audio/visual and security upgrade works were carried out.

The completed project received a very favourable response from the client and their project manager.
