303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington EOTF & Bike Storage

As part of the building refurbishment at 303 Sevenoaks Street, Cannington, stage one of the works was a new End of Trip Facilities for 5 levels of building tenants to utilise.

Currently, this building is occupied by primarily Government departments and was fully operational for the duration of the works, including a tenant requiring 24/7 access.

These works were completed whilst maintaining access to amenities for the occupants to use.

The project was delivered in collaboration with building owners Charter Hall, project managers APP, architects Woods Bagot and engineering consultants NDY.
