Once a former hair salon in the Adelaide CBD, the previously underutilised space at 25 Grenfell Street has been transformed into a state-of-the-art End of Trip Facility.
From demolition works to the installation of new flooring, bespoke joinery, tiling and painting, all work was carefully coordinated to minimise disruption to tenants in the occupied building.
The space now offers a modern environment featuring bike racks, lockers, and a wellness and gym area. Natural stone finishes, arch wall openings, and floor-mounted vanities contribute to a sleek, sophisticated feel, creating a contemporary addition to the CBD’s amenities.
