175 Eagle Street, Brisbane

Our team delivered an impressive make-good and upgrade across a total of 10 floors at 175 Eagle Street, Brisbane.

Five of the floors saw a full make-good completed, as well as a partial make-good on two other levels of the building. Amenities were upgraded across nine of the floors, with four levels seeing stylish, modern upgrades made to their lift lobbies.

The entire 16-week project was completed around occupied levels of the building, which required our team to collaborate effectively with building management, the client and other stakeholders to ensure minimum disruption in finishing the job.
