169 Hay Street, East Perth EOTF

FDC seamlessly completed the fitout of new End of Trip facilities and a bike storage area at 169 Hay St, East Perth. This project was awarded off the back of the successful delivery of new radio studios for ARN (96fm) on a level above.

The 400sqm project included the strip out and refurbishment of new bathrooms, shower facilities, lockers and the construction of a bike storage area in which FDC converted existing car parking space into the facilities for the building occupants to use.

With custom wall graphics and modern finishes, FDC collaborated with Architect Taylor Robinson on this project, overseen by JLL. The works were completed over a 10 week period.
