10 Moore Street

An expansion and refurbishment to 10 Moore Street’s End of Trip facilities has provided new, modern, and luxurious spaces available to all building occupants. Works included demolishing existing areas, extending the floor plate, and installation of new male, female, and disabled facilities.

Facilities include showers, toilets, lockers, and ironing stations. Standout features include high-quality joinery, sleek fixtures, open layouts, backlit mirrors, and luxurious amenities like Silver Bullet hair straighteners and Dyson dryers in the female area.

The space’s highlight, a lively recreation room, features a full-size golf simulator, arcade machine, bar fridge, Bluetooth sound system and lounge chairs for occupants to unwind.

FDC worked in close collaboration with the client and architect, ensuring high quality finishes and efficient problem-solving, reflecting the team’s strong client relationships and commitment to delivering state-of-the-art facilities.
