Project Description

Techtronic Industries is an Australian owned and operated company specialising in the sale of electronic equipment.

The TTI building is situated on the Fitzpatrick Estate in Erskine Park and is a 13,000sqm warehouse with 300sqm office for the storage and distribution of electrical goods.

This project also required a considerable upgrade to the infrastructure in the area to service the site including the extension of a road by 250m; extension of the water main by 250m; upgrade of the power infrastructure (including street lighting to the new road) and construction of a new sewer carrier and reticulation main from some 1.2km away.

FDC completed this building working in conjunction with the Developer as well as the Tenant in order to meet the requirements of all parties.

This project programme was very tight due to the tenant’s requirements and included an integrated fitout of both the warehouse and office areas. The building was completed and opened for operation in 24 weeks from commencement on site.
