Project Description

Stylevue is an importer of children’s clothing for on sale to retail stores.

This building refurbishment required a complete upgrade to BCA compliant standards with a new three level lift, DDA compliant toilets and all new fire, security, electrical and mechanical services installed.

The full facade upgrade comprised the installation of new windows and roller shutters, re-modeling of the parapet facade wall and a total re-paint. The car park was also upgraded to comply with updated BCA requirements.

The new fitout was carried out under a design and construct contract and included three large clothing display zones, front of house boardrooms (with particular attention paid to the lighting); and a 400sqm fully racked warehouse linking to testing labs and laundry facilities.

Level 2 is occupied as office space with a mix of open plan workstations and clothing review layout benching, client meeting rooms and director offices. The full amenities upgrade included large breakout and staff room.
