255 Elizabeth Street was vacated by a major tenant at an opportune time for the owner (Investa) to undertake an upgrade and refurbishment before returning it to the market.
The lobby, glazing, flooring, ceiling, lighting, toilets, lift cars and so on were refurbished or renewed during the process.
With Investa’s serious commitment to the environment, many sustainable architectural and engineering designs were embodied in the project. Furthermore the extensive stripout and demolition phase reached an unprecedented 92% for re-use or recycling content.
