Level 3, 700 Springvale Road, Mulgrave, VIC
FDC (VIC) have completed the fitout of Gallagher’s Mulgrave office, Level 3, 700 Springvale Road, Mulgrave. This is the second project that FDC have completed for Gallagher, the prior being the Perth office fitout.
Gallagher is one of the world’s largest insurance, risk management and consulting companies.
The fitout features welcoming front of house amenities that flow through to an open plan workspace and a large breakout area.
An operable wall connects the boardroom to a large kitchen area and a meeting space with feature timber floor finishes and stylish pendant lighting.
Integrated audio-visual equipment was designed to meet corporate functionality and acoustic considerations were a key aspect of the fitout, ensuring privacy levels were achieved between adjacent rooms.
FDC delivered this project in conjunction with Sheldon Interiors.
