COPE Sensitive Freight

COPE engaged FDC to deliver a new headquarters for their Sydney operations, incorporating dual level offices, purpose built cross docking facility, warehousing and extensive hardstands.

The project focused on the refurbishment of an existing facility and involved extensive redevelopment to suit the operational demands of this transport company.

A new and more efficient office environment has created improved staff facilities, excellent visual contact between dock activities and supervisory staff plus provided room for planned expansion. Enhanced safety and (materials handling) efficiency gains were designed into the development process, providing the client suitable short and long term accommodation.

The facility sits upon a two hectare site with 2,500sqm of warehouse, 3,500sqm of cross docking facility and 700sqm of office.
