Project Description

This warehouse / office facility was built by FDC and involved considerable challenge, as the property changed hands during construction and thus FDC reported to two owners, their respective project managers, plus the tenant’s representative.

With covered building area of 11,000sqm, plus 4,000 sqm of open deck area and 3,000 sqm of hardstand, the project is another substantial development within our logistics portfolio.

The site required considerable imported fill and premium (Level 1) supervision on geotechnical issues, A precast dado, Colorbond wall and smart office facade finish combined to meet physical, financial and operational needs.

Involving a Factory Mutual ESFR engineered fire solution, this project was the first of its kind in Australia for the bulk storage of tyres.
