FDC (NSW) have completed the fitout of the Australian Taxation Office’s head office, 121 Henry Street, Penrith (NSW).
The Australian Taxation Office is an Australian government statutory agency and the principal revenue collection body for the Australian government.
The 8 level, 10,000sqm fitout was delivered over 18 months and involved base building work including new fire, electrical, hydraulic & mechanical services in addition to the installation of joinery, partitions, furniture, workstations, signage and tiling.
The project was delivered in conjunction with Knight Frank and GHDWoodhead representing the owners Sandran Property Group, with Cushman & Wakefield and PTID representing ATO. This was a complex integrated project, with the ATO operational throughout the works. Both the landloard and tenant were delighted with the result, with a key feature being the streamlined communication and tenant management throughout the process.
