Project Description

As part of the leading global DB group, DB RREEF owns and manages numerous property assets and seeks to optimise their efficiency and value.

45 Clarence Street (Sydney) was largely left vacant after a major tenant relocated which gave DB RREEF a timely opportunity to undertake a full refurbishment of tenancy spaces, services, lobby and some retail space.

The project spanned some 22,000sqm and took 4 months to complete. FDC were required to carefully manage this partially occupied site and the inherent safety, environmental and operational issues thereof.

The result is a transformed asset, modern and timeless in appeal and with improved base building service and tenant facility.

FDC has also assisted DB RREEF with a number of integrated fitouts whilst on site, adding value through time and cost engineering.
