FDC (VIC) have recently completed the fitout of levels 4 and 13, 356 Collins Street, Melbourne.
The project was delivered in a 10 week time frame and included the fitout of over 1,000sqm for a split tenancy office space on both floors. Works included stripping back to a complete base build, including floors, walls and ceilings with new wall treatments, feature lighting and flooring, custom joinery units and upgrade of the lobby.
FDC liaised with both building management for the make good and the building tenants to achieve the most practical and functional layout to address client requirements; a secure office, an efficient use of space and the ability for the workspace to accommodate future growth.
