Highly versed in the business models and strategy that drive the construction industry, he fully understands the day-to-day operations of the company and appreciates what drives the building sector. He has built an enviable reputation as a knowledgeable construction professional who can successfully lead the development and delivery of construction projects across all sectors.

Ronan is a true professional who leads by example, being the recipient of numerous industry awards and accolades, including several major awards from the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) and the Housing Industry Association (HIA). He believes in adding quality buildings and spaces to the built environment while accessing the industry’s best tools and resources to ensure our clients receive outstanding results.

Ronan is a firm believer in the importance of training and individual coaching to help his staff achieve and exceed their targets. He is an open-minded leader who is always looking to learn and develop both himself and his team. He recognises that systems and process don’t just happen, they need to be implemented, monitored and adjusted to move with the changing market and sees success as more than just the bottom line.
