Darren Attard, General Manager Fitout & Refurbishment and Tim Spudic, Project Manager, Fitout & Refurbishment, recently undertook the 3 day, 500km London to Paris cycle ride for Cystic Fibrosis (CF).

Cystic Fibrosis is a hereditary life threatening disorder that affects the exocrine glands. it is one of the most common chronic lung diseases in children and young adults. It causes the production of abnormally thick mucus and this mucus clogs the tiny passages in the lungs and traps bacteria, and repeated infections and blockages can cause irreversible lung damage and death.  Although it is the most common serious genetic condition in Australia, there is still no cure.

The funds raised from Darren and Tim’s ride will go towards the Sydney Children’s Hospital and their CF ward, and will assist with research into a cure for CF.
