140 St Georges Terrace is an iconic A-grade building providing 28 levels of highly efficient office accommodation, supported by first class amenities.
New tiling, carpet and stone-clad walls breathe new life into the lobby of 140 St Georges Terrace. Visitors are drawn to the bespoke elements and raw stone features meticulously selected by Woods Bagot and procured from Spain and Italy. Such a unique refurbishment presented its challenges with regards to maintaining building access, the installation method of the new stone, the quantity of stone needed and also controlling the consistent quality in the natural finish.
