Last Friday, FDC offices hosted ‘Footy Colours Day’ in support of the Fight Cancer Foundation with staff members coming into work wearing their favourite team’s jerseys. Offices participated by hosting morning teas or a sausage sizzle with a small voluntary donation from staff members that attended going towards the foundation.

Footy Colours Day was first established in 2005 to support The Royal Children’s Hospitals Fight Cancer Foundation’s education support program. The foundation works with major paediatric hospitals to ensure kids with cancer maintain their education and connection with their school and school friends. The program supports a flexible, tailored education program that works around a child’s situation, allowing them to resume to their lives as quickly as possible.

FDC raised $1,284 for the Fight Cancer Foundation.
