FDC Construction & Fitout is proud to announce their support of Royal Far West (RFW) and the work the organisation does with children in rural NSW by participating in the 2015 Ride for Country Kids.

Royal Far West is a non-government organisation that helps provide comprehensive multi-disciplinary health services to thousands of country children with non-acute developmental, behavioural, learning and mental health disorders who cannot access these services from the areas where they live. Demand for these services is increasing, and RFW are committed to delivering services in response to this. Although Royal Far West does receive some government support, they depend on the generosity of individuals, corporations and community groups to continue their work.

Last year FDC assisted in raising $126,561.91 for RFW.

This year the 500km ride takes place over 4 days, with the ride commencing in Moree and ending in Tamworth. The ride event is not focused on professional riders but instead on amateurs pushing themselves for a great cause.

Funds raised this year will go directly back into the country towns the ride passes through; Moree, Gravesend, Warialda, Delungra, Bingara, Narrabri, Gunnedah, Manilla and Tamworth.
