Jemena is an Australian infrastructure company that builds, owns and maintains a combination of major electricity, gas and water assets.
The training facility, office and warehouse depot for Jemena has replaced the former Jemena facilities at Sydney Olympic Park and Chullora.

Built on a greenfield site within the DEXUS Quarry Business Park, building works included reinforced post-tensioned concrete structure, structural steel framing, and numerous façade elements including precast concrete, glazing, colorbond cladding, timber and aluminium composite panel.
The integrated fitout included office fitout comprising workstations for 90 staff, breakout areas, 7 meeting rooms, collaboration and quiet spaces. Training facility fitout included 4 training classrooms to cater for 64 trainee’s, 4 training workshops and a specialized outdoor undercover training space that includes a gas fire pit, training trenches, confined space pit, excavation pit, cocon and manifold setups.
