FDC ACT are honoured to be recognised with 2 Master Builders ACT Awards at the hallmark industry event for projects across the civil, commercial and residential construction sectors.
The Canberra office fitout for Deloitte has received the MBA Award for Commercial or Retail Fitout, Refurbishment or Alteration over $10M.
This 6,100sqm modern space showcases the future of hybrid work and collaboration, designed to be a hub for Deloitte’s staff, clients, and the broader community.
Centred around the building’s atrium, the design combines stylish finishes with flexible areas for work, connection, and well-being, while offering impressive views of the nearby airport and Brindabella Ranges.
This project highlights FDC’s strong partnership with Deloitte and their commitment to creating innovative, practical spaces.
Congratulations to Elise Klarenbeek, Emilia Graham, Adam Moffitt, Mat Fisher, Stephanie Fereday, Carl Bunning, Nikola Anastasi and Paul Burgess on this well-earned recognition.
The Radford College Sporting Precinct has been awarded the MBA Award for Commercial Construction in the $5M to $20M category.
This transformative project delivers state-of-the-art facilities for the 2,000 students and faculty that call Radford College home.
At the precinct’s core is the 1,700sqm Cricket Centre – the first of it’s kind in Australia – featuring eight full-size cricket lanes, open training areas, and spaces for meetings and equipment storage. In addition, the new 2,000sqm Multi-Function Hall provides capacity for large-scale events, with acoustic treatments, engineered flooring, and 40m of retractable seating.
Congratulations to Josh Russell, Patty Beck, Vic Nitla and Paul Burgess for their outstanding efforts in achieving this award.
