The fitout is crowned by a double-height boardroom located on the uppermost floor, which offers sweeping views of the CBD. The space features an ethereal colour palette and bespoke timber featuring, all of which are awash in natural light.

Surrounding the client floor is a bespoke 500sqm undercover terrace, offering an entertainment / common area for visitors and staff alike including a bar, BBQ and multiple seating and dining areas backdropped by sweeping CBD views.

All these are tied together via an impressive intertenancy stairwell. Above this features an artificial LED sky light, which maintains the natural light motif through the centre of the space.
