Congratulations to NSW Construction team at 50 Belmore Street, Penrith, who capped off a 19-month journey with a topping out ceremony today.
Directly opposite Penrith railway station, the eight-storey, 18,000sqm commercial building, with its signature central atrium void and skylight, will be a feature piece within Penrith’s emergent commercial district.
The team faced a myriad of hurdles along the way including some onerous ground conditions, Covid-19 restrictions and record rainfall, all of which were overcome with some clever engineering, a great team and experienced contractors.
This development responds to the opportunity to create a vibrant urban precinct, activated by ground floor retail tenancies in the heart of Penrith and we’re thrilled to be involved in shaping the built environment of this area.
