SAP at home in new Sydney headquarters

The SAP Sydney team has made the move into their state-of-the-art Australia and New Zealand headquarters in North Sydney, following an extensive fitout delivered by the FDC team in late 2020.

The German software company’s new Sydney home is located in Winten Property Group’s newest premium commercial office tower, 1 Denison Street, North Sydney.

The premium office space covers 6,000sqm over three floors. The building will also serve as the headquarters for other innovative organisations including Qualtrics, Nine Entertainment Co. and Microsoft.

Features of the SAP project include:

An interconnecting staircase across three levels
Multiple meeting rooms, innovation and collaboration zones
Breakout spaces, including a bar, communal lounge and gaming area
High detail architectural finishes, directed by WMK Architecture

SAP’s ANZ President and Managing Director, Damien Bueno told CRN: “The environmentally conscious design of 1 Denison supports our ambitious sustainability and procurement aims, while providing a sleek and inspiring space for our people, partners and customers to come together, innovate, collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.”

“The events of this year will permanently change how offices operate, but we have long supported an anytime, anywhere flexible working policy. Our office design reflects this, with significant areas dedicated to co-working, co-innovation and collaboration, for our people to use whatever their working preferences,” said Bueno.

FDC has partnered with SAP on its North Sydney premises for over a decade, in 2010, 2014, 2019 and on its most recent fitout at the landmark development at 1 Denison Street.

The long-standing partnership with SAP has also included FDC office fitouts in SAP’s Perth and Canberra offices.
